He's correct in pointing out that if you thought the first term was bad, just wait till you see the second. With no reason to hold back due to no third-term opportunity, Bush & Co. will pull out all of the stops to reward every crony and special interest, tear down those things they don't believe in, try every trick in the book to get things done as they see fit, etc.
