Will finally catching bin Laden be this election year's October Surprise? Supposedly Bush now wants to really, really catch this guy. Was this his plan all along, to leave Osama free to roam and make videos so as to conveniently scare the American public, only to find him during his closing weeks in office to serve as some grand finale, a desperate attempt to cap-off a woeful legacy?
